From Crib to Twin!

Happy Mother's Day!
I spent months working on Milannah's original nursery which is featured here.  I LOVE it & picked a theme from the beginning that could grow with her.  I had barely started working on a gender neutral nursery when we got the call to pick her up within 3 hours from the hospital. Thus the reason that the nursery took me FOREVER to complete.  I was thrilled with the final result & still am. However, she was ready for the crib to twin transition. All I did was move out the crib, put her dresser/changing table station on another wall, & add the twin bed in that spot.  I also redecorated the shelf that hangs above her (now bed) & the wall.  It resulted in spending less than $30 because my mom made the gorgeous quilt & I glittered the letters & created the tassel banner.  I will only post the updates that have been done.  All other pictures are featured on the blog post mentioned above.

I truly hope she will shine for Jesus & loves this room for many years to come!

Sweet dreams, Milannah Joy!

We had to move G to a twin size bed a month or two ago. He was flipping his toddler mattress across the room!
