The "Joy" of Christmas...

Enjoy the day with your families & friends. We are excited to spend Christmas Day celebrating the King at church & then heading to my parents for a day of fun.

Months ago, Nathan & I were asked to act as the "parents" in the Christmas Program at church.  We started practicing in October & the program was scheduled for December 9, 10, & 11. We decided to get permission for Reddington to sing/dance with the school-age kids.  Typically, the age is a minimum of 4 but we went for it & Redd did fine.
The "story" was about a family that gets so wrapped up in their schedules that they almost miss the real joy of Christmas. I wore a 9 month pregnant belly and then "delivered" a baby girl by the end of the play. It was a really fun time. The first few pics were from "Opening Night" and the rest were from the final performance.
